Peaches 'N' Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    3 oz. vanilla pudding
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    13 oz. can sliced peaches, drain and reserve juice
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. peach juice
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients.
    Beat at medium speed until well blended.
    Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan.
    Place drained peaches on top of filling.
    Beat the cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons peach juice for 2 minutes.
    Spread on top of fruit. Combine the 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle over cream cheese mixture.
    Bake for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0 until a light brown.
    Let cool.
    Serves 6.
