Texas Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) box corn muffin mix (Flako)
1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
1/2 c. oil
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
3 eggs
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together with a spoon and pour into an iron skillet or baking pan that has been sprayed with a nonstick vegetable spray.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown, about 25 to 30 minutes.
