Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag frozen mixed vegetables
    1 can corn, drained or 2 pkg.
    1 (10 oz.) frozen corn
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 c. shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese
    1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick oleo, melted
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix vegetables, celery, onion and cheese together.
    Add mayonnaise and mix until vegetables are covered.
    Place in baking dish.
    Top with cracker crumbs which have been tossed in butter. Bake, uncovered, for 30 to 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serves 15.
