Peach Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 medium size peaches
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/3 c. shortening
    2/3 Tbsp. ice water
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. coffee cream
Preparation
    Peel peaches; cut in halves.
    Remove stones (you may use more than the 3 peaches if you desire to make larger).
    Arrange in pie shell with round sides up.
    Mix sugar and flour together; pour over peaches.
    Pour on cream; sprinkle cinnamon on top.
    Bake for 10 minutes in a 450\u00b0 oven; reduce to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes longer.
    Canned peaches may be used.
