Sugar-Free Raisin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    2 c. flour
    2 c. raisins
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. unsweetened applesauce
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. artificial sweetener
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook raisins in water until water evaporates, then add applesauce, eggs, oil, sweetener and vanilla.
    Mix well and blend in dry ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Drained fruit cocktail may be used in place of raisins and water.
