Apple Raisin Stuffed Chicken - cooking recipe

1 to 1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken
1 Tbsp. butter
1 box Pepperidge Farm apple raisin stuffing
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. half and half
Preparation

In a skillet, saute chicken (cubes or tenders) in the butter until just barely cooked through. In a small mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup and the half and half.
Place the chicken on the bottom of a casserole dish.
Add the soup mixture. Stir to coat the chicken.
Pour the bread crumbs from the stuffing box on top of the chicken.
Cook the seasoning packet from the stuffing as directed on the box and pour on top of the bread crumbs.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
Serves 6.
