Swiss Cheese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, cubed
6 hard-cooked eggs, diced
1/2 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
12 tsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. powdered cumin
1 Tbsp. horseradish
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

In a bowl, toss cheese and eggs.
In a separate bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish and cumin.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Pour over cheese-egg mixture and toss.
Serve on crisp salad greens.
Serves 6.
