Southwest Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, undrained
    1/4 c. chopped onion (optional)
Preparation
    Boil chicken about 30 minutes; drain.
    Chop up.
    Combine chicken with mayonnaise, sour cream, green chilies and onions. Cover and refrigerate.
    Can be served any way.
    Can be served on tortillas.
    Place tortillas on cookie sheet.
    Sprinkle with cheese and bake for about 10 minutes until melted.
    Top with lettuce and chicken salad.
    Garnish with tomatoes and picante sauce.
