Teriyaki Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/3 c. sherry
    1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Marinate chicken in refrigerator overnight, but not longer than 24 hours.
    Grill for approximately 8 minutes per side on medium heat (low rack).
    Brush both sides of the meat with extra marinade during cooking.
    (This marinade is also good with pork chops.)
