Valentine'S Day Dessert Truffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. strawberry ice cream
    1 pt. fresh strawberries
    8 oz. Baker's chocolate
    3 oz. heavy cream or half and half
    1 Tbsp. your favorite flavoring
    1/2 c. whipped cream
Preparation
    Scoop 1/2 cup of the ice cream into a small glass bowl.
    Cover and refrigerate until melted.
    Reserve 4 large strawberries.
    Chop 1/2 of the strawberries and stir into melted ice cream.
