Baked Creole Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. fish fillets
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 sprigs fresh parsley, chopped
    1 c. white wine
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    6 tomatoes, chopped finely
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Season fish with salt and pepper.
    Distribute onion and parsley over bottom of lightly oiled baking pan (can use Pam spray).
    Place fish fillets over onions and parsley.
    Pour wine over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
