Cream Cheese - Crab - Potato Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 potatoes, peeled
    1/4 c. skim milk
    4 oz. pkg. light or fat-free cream cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives or green onion tops
    1 small can crab meat or white tuna
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and cream with milk until smooth.
    Add cream cheese and beat until smooth.
    Add egg, chives or onion tops, crab meat or tuna and salt and pepper.
    Spoon mixture into Pam-coated casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 8.
    (Especially good as a brunch casserole.)
