Sausage Almond Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
3/4 c. white rice
1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 1/2 c. water
3 stalks celery, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1/2 c. almonds, toasted and slivered
Preparation

Brown sausage; drain off fat.
Add to sausage the rice, soup, water, celery and mushrooms.
Cook on low heat for 20 minutes. Put into greased casserole and bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
