Italian Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh or frozen pizza dough
    1 slightly beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. olive oil (optional)
    1 lb. Italian sausage (hot or sweet)
    4 to 6 oz. Parmesan or Romano cheese
Preparation
    Remove casing from sausage and brown in a large skillet, chopping up the meat as you brown it.
    Some Italian sausage has very little fat, in which case you might need to use the olive oil. When browned, set aside.
    When cool, stir in the egg.
