Peach Breakfast Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. baking powder
    1/3 c. oatmeal
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. canned peaches
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large bowl, mix first 4 ingredients. In small bowl, mix the sugar, shortening and vanilla.
    After stirring ingredients well, add sugar and shortening to flour mixture and stir.
    Grease square cake pan.
    Put 1 1/2 cups canned peaches in pan.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice.
    Sprinkle flour mixture over peaches and bake for 25 minutes.
