Microwave Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. butter
3 c. sugar
1 (5 oz.) can milk
1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
1 c. chopped peanuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Microwave butter on High for 2 minutes.
Add sugar and milk and mix well.
Microwave on High 5 minutes.
Stir after 3 minutes. Mix well, scraping bowl.
Microwave 5 1/2 minutes; stir after 3 minutes.
Stir in peanut butter, marshmallow cream, peanuts and vanilla.
Mix well and pour into 8-inch pan.
Makes 3 pounds.
