Steak Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 12 oz. broiled or grilled steak (New York strip or t-bone)
    1 large bag frozen French fries
    1 head iceberg, romaine or endive lettuce
    1 medium sized tomato
    cucumbers, sliced green and black olives, radishes, cheese cubes, sliced egg, etc.
Preparation
    On 4 plates, make beds of lettuce and salad ingredients of your choice.
    Add a layer of cooked French fries and then strips of steak.
    Top with your favorite salad dressing.
    Serves 4.
