Egg Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 eggs, boiled
    1 small onion
    mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
    olives
Preparation
    Grind eggs fine in food grinder.
    Add remaining ingredients to taste and spreading consistency, excluding olives.
    Garnish each square or triangle with thin slice of olive.
    Makes 35 to 40 squares or triangles.
