Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices white bread
1 lb. sausage
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1 pint half and half
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Remove crusts from bread and butter bread. Place in a greased oblong dish. Brown sausage and drain. Sprinkle over bread. Place cheese on top of sausage. Mix eggs, half and half, and salt. Pour over cheese. Chill over night. Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before cooking. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
