Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. chopped cooked chicken breast
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can drained mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
1 can drained water chestnuts
salt and pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and put in buttered casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
