Seafood Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. perch fillets
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut okra
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 small green pepper (1/4 c.)
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can minced clams
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, rinsed and drained
Preparation

Thaw fillets.
Skin and cut into bite size pieces.
