Swiss And Bacon Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon, fried crispy and crumbled
    2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1 c. buttermilk baking mix
    1 c. half and half milk
    4 eggs
    1/8 tsp. cayenne red pepper
Preparation
    Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in greased baking dish.
    Beat baking mix, milk, eggs and red pepper until smooth.
    Pour over ingredients in baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 until golden brown and knife inserted comes out clean.
    Let stand for 10 minutes.
