Fried Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. ears fresh corn or 1 can whole kernel corn
    1/4 c. bacon fat or butter
    1/4 c. minced parsley
    dash of paprika
    1 minced onion
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cut corn from cob.
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl and season. Add onion to fat and saute in frying pan.
    Add corn and cook about 20 minutes, stirring constantly.
