2 pie crusts (either graham cracker or baked pie shell)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
14 oz. Cool Whip
chocolate syrup
Preparation

DO NOT use low-fat cream cheese or Cool Whip; pie will not set up.
