Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    round onion
    salt, pepper and garlic salt
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 egg
    6 small or 4 large green peppers
    1/2 c. water
    1 can tomato soup
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut green peppers in half.
    Lay stuffed peppers (meat side down) in baking dish.
    Mix 1/2 cup water and 1 can tomato soup with salt and pepper.
    Pour over peppers.
    Cover peppers with waxed paper and microwave about 20 minutes.
    Baste at least twice.
