Mixed Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (1 lb.) can black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
    1 (1 lb.) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
    1/2 c. thinly sliced green onions
    1 jalapeno pepper, minced (optional)
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. coriander
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine beans, onions and jalapeno pepper; toss gently.
    In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour over beans.
    Mix gently until dressing is evenly distributed.
    Chill.
