Marble Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. cream
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. cake flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Whip sugar, cream and eggs, then add dry ingredients.
    For marble effect remove 1/2 cup batter and add 1 tablespoon cocoa, 1 teaspoon sugar and moisten with 1 tablespoon water with 1/2 teaspoon soda.
    Swirl through cake.
    This makes a nice 9 x 12-inch flat pan cake.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Cool and ice with chocolate icing.
