Deer Bologna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. venison
    1/4 c. Tender Quick
    2 Tbsp. liquid hickory
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    onion powder
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Roll in wax paper.
    Chill 24 hours. Bake 4 to 5 hours at 225\u00b0.
