Chicken Salad Oriental - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. vegetable oil
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. red wine or seasoned vinegar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 lb. (1 c.) chinese pea pods, string removed & cut diagonally in half
3 c. coleslaw mix (deli style works best)
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1 can (10 oz.) chunk light chicken, drained
Preparation

Mix oil, sugar, vinegar & soy sauce in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat.
