Tortilla Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chicken broth
    1 lb. skinless chicken breast (deboned)
    1/4 c. cilantro
    1 tomato
    1/2 onion
    2 Tbsp. rice
    4 tsp. green taco sauce
    tortilla chips
    Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cook chicken in broth. Remove chicken and shred. Cook vegetables and rice in broth until tender.\tAdd shredded chicken. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Serve over tortilla chips.
    Sprinkle cheese on top.
