Microwave Berry Crumble - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. fresh raspberries or blueberries or 1 (12 to 16 oz.) pkg. frozen berries
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. quick oats
1/3 c. softened butter or margarine (not light)
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Spread berries in an 8 x 8-inch microwave dish.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Mix rest of ingredients.
Sprinkle over berries. Microwave on Full power (High), uncovered, 7 to 10 minutes or until berries are bubbly.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Serve warm with ice cream.
