Steak Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt, pepper, garlic powder
    flour
    2 lb. round steak
Preparation
    Cut steak in serving size pieces.
    Sprinkle pepper and garlic to taste.
    Roll in flour and brown on both sides.
    Put steak in casserole dish.
    Make thin (light brown) gravy.
    Pour over steak. Mix cream of mushroom soup with 1 1/2 cans water.
    Add to steak and gravy; stir.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve with rice, rolls, green peas and salad.
