Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. grated carrots
3 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Beat eggs with sugar.
Add oil and carrots.
Sift together the flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
Add to the liquid.
Stir in nuts and vanilla.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
