Zucchini Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. raisins (optional)
    1 c. pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Beat together oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
    Then add zucchini and dry ingredients.
    Stir in pineapple, raisins and nuts.
    Pour in two greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
