Spiced Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. oats
    1 (4 oz.) can coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. toasted wheat germ
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. honey
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine oats, coconut, pecans, wheat germ, cinnamon and nutmeg in bowl; mix well.
    Add honey and oil; mix well.
    Spread in 2 (10 x 15-inch) baking pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 18 minutes or until golden brown.
    Add raisins and mix well.
    Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
    Makes about 7 cups.
