Sweet Potato Browns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

butter flavored vegetable cooking spray
1 1/2 tsp. margarine
3 c. peeled shredded sweet potatoes (2 1/2 medium)
1 1/2 c. peeled diced Granny Smith apples
3 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
3 Tbsp. unsweetened apple juice
Preparation

Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add margarine.
Place over medium-high heat until margarine melts. Add potatoes, apple and onion.
Saute 5 minutes.
Add brown sugar, allspice and apple juice; cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes or until potato is tender.
Serve immediately.
