Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 German chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick margarine
1 box powdered sugar
1 large bag pecan pieces
1 small bag Angel Flake coconut
Preparation

Grease oblong cake pan.
Sprinkle nuts and then coconut on bottom.
Prepare cake mix as instructed on box.
Melt margarine and then mix into cream cheese.
Stir in powdered sugar.
Pour cake mix over nuts and coconut.
Then dribble cream cheese and sugar on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Put Cool Whip on top as you serve.
