Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. hamburg
1 chopped tomato
1 chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 chopped garlic clove
1/4 lb. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. chili sauce
1 c. macaroni
salt and pepper
chili powder to taste
cheese (for top)
Preparation

Cook hamburg in large frying pan.
Drain fat.
Saute garlic, green pepper and onion.
Add tomato, chili sauce, seasonings and a little water for the right consistency.
Cook macaroni and add to hamburg mixture.
Put into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle cheese on top and cook in a 325\u00b0 oven until cheese melts.
