Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 serving size) pkg. cherry gelatin
    3 c. boiling water
    1 small can cranberry sauce
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped apples
    1 c. chopped nuts
    bananas (optional)
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in a large saucepan.
    Add cranberry sauce and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cool. Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into mold (lightly greased with mayonnaise) and refrigerate.
