Governor'S Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small cauliflower
    1 small broccoli
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. chopped ham
    1 1/2 c. fresh breadcrumbs, tossed with 2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Break cauliflower and broccoli into florets and parboil for 5 minutes.
    Melt 2 tablespoons butter in 1-quart saucepan.
    Stir in flour and blend well.
    Gradually add milk and stir until thickened. Add cheeses and stir until melted.
    Place vegetables in 2-quart casserole dish and sprinkle with ham.
    Pour cheese sauce over all. Put buttered crumbs around edge of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
