6 Tbsp. brandy or whiskey
4 c. peeled and cubed apples
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 c. walnuts
1 c. raisins
