Spiced Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
    2 to 3 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    In saucepan, combine
    sugar,
    evaporated milk, cinnamon and butter;
    bring to rolling boil over medium-high flame and boil
    1 minute.
    Stir in vanilla, salt and pecan halves.
    Pour onto lightly
    buttered baking sheet.
    Cool and separate pecan halves. Makes 2 to 3 cups.
