Chicken Flauntas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1/8 tsp. ground white pepper
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    dash of paprika
    1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, diced fine
    24 (6-inch) tortillas
    4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    In saucepan, melt oleo; stir in flour and salt.
    Add chicken broth, cook until thickened and bubbly.
    Cook 1 minute more.
    Add lemon juice, parsley, onion, pepper, nutmeg and paprika.
    Stir in chicken.
    Cool slightly to soften tortillas.
    Dip in hot oil for a few seconds or until limp.
    Spread about 1 tablespoon of chicken mixture over each tortilla.
    Roll up tightly and secure each roll with wooden toothpicks.
