Chicken With Prosciutto And Provolone Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts, divided (deboned)
    4 slices Prosciutto
    4 strips Provolone cheese
    oil
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    With a sharp pointed knife, make a pocket on each of the 4 pieces of chicken.
    Wrap each piece of cheese with a slice of Prosciutto.
    Insert into pockets and secure with a toothpick.
    Brush with oil, then roll in bread crumbs.
    Bake, uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes, on each side.
