Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or venison
    32 oz. spiced stewed tomatoes
    1 (12 oz.) can corn + liquid
    6 servings Minute rice
    3 pkg. taco seasoning
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground meat in pot.
    Add tomatoes, corn and its liquid, rice and taco seasoning.
    Simmer until rice is cooked.
    Spoon mixture into Pyrex dish(es).
    Sprinkle with grated cheese and heat in microwave or conventional oven.
    Set your table with a bowl of sour cream and another of taco sauce.
