Broccoli-Mushroom Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli (or fresh)
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
    1/2 c. grated house Italian Parmesan or Romano low-fat cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cook broccoli as directed on package (or steam fresh); drain. Stir in mushrooms, margarine, salt and pepper.
    Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are hot, about 5 minutes.
    Cook spaghetti as directed on package; drain.
    Mix broccoli and mushroom mixture.
    Toss with spaghetti, low-fat cheese and lemon juice.
    If desired, top with additional Parmesan and Romano low-fat grated cheeses.
    Serves 5.
