Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 slices bacon, cut up
    3 medium onions, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. catsup
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. can green lima beans
    1 lb. can navy beans, drained
    1 lb. can kidney beans, drained
Preparation
    Heat bacon over medium heat; add onion, pepper and garlic and cook until transparent and tender.
    Add and mix well the catsup, vinegar, brown sugar, salt, mustard and pepper.
    Drain beans and toss lightly with sauce.
    Place in casserole and bake at 325\u00b0
    for 30 minutes.
