Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can Texas red beans (SW Texas style `Spicey' or SW Chili Beans)
1 medium onion, diced
2 Tbsp. raw rice
1/2 tsp. cumin
Preparation
-
Saute onion in oil or shortening of choice. Boil rice, drain and rinse. Combine beans, sauteed onion, cooked rice and cumin in casserole dish. Place in 300 degree oven and cook for 30 minutes or until done.
