Dijon-Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. minced ginger
    4 (4 oz.) skinned, boned chicken breasts
Preparation
    Place the chicken in an 11 x 7 x 2-inch dish coated with cooking spray.
    Brush glaze (first 4 ingredients mixed together) over chicken.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
    Uncover and broil chicken 4 inches from heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until golden.
