Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    chopped onions
    Dijon mustard
    salad oil
    wine vinegar
    parsley
    hard-boiled egg, grated
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with their skins on.
    When done, skin potatoes and cut into small pieces.
    Add chopped onions, Dijon mustard, salad oil, wine vinegar, parsley and hard boiled egg (grated) and toss lightly.
